    Hi,

    I recently paid for the annual subscription ($49.99/year), but the app is not working properly. Every time I open it, it just stays on the loading screen forever and doesn’t move forward.

    I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains. My internet connection is stable, so the problem is definitely on the app’s side.

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, or process a refund if you’re unable to provide the service.
